You will receive an email in August containing a link to the payment portal. The participation fee (186 EUR / 1400 DKK, students 110 EUR / 800 DKK) covers meals and a festive dinner but excludes accommodation and travel expenses. Accommodation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of each participant.
